We are looking for responsible health care professionals to provide services that insure a good quality of life for individuals with developmental disabilities and provide instruction, support, and personal care to individuals according to the Person Centered Plan for each individual. Direct Support Professionals provide services and supports in residential programs, and in the community depending upon the needs and wants of the individuals. Work involves the implementation of Individual Program Plans which enable individuals to participate in community lifestyles.  When supporting individuals uses general knowledge of the person centered principles, practices, and techniques.


Minimum Training and Experience:
Required: High School Diploma or GED. Two (2) to four (4) months experience providing direct care or personal assistance to disabled persons is preferred or any equivalent combination of training and experience, which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities. Full time salaried, Part-time, and PRN (hourly) positions available.

Special Requirements:
Must have a valid drivers license with a DMV point balance of 0 or above.
