General Information:
Rural Infant Services Program (RISP) of MPNN Community Services Board is seeking Division Director to oversee programs for infants, young children and their families. Program central office is in Urbanna, VA, with services primarily home-based throughout Middle Peninsula-Northern Neck. Directs the development/implementation of services for young children with special needs and those at risk throughout the MPNN. Participates in and directs early intervention and outpatient rehabilitation services for young children and their families and case management services for children at risk for serious emotional disturbance. Directs the supervision of services and guides program planning, budgeting, staffing, training, and program evaluation. Responsible for ensuring interagency system of services which meets requirements of Part C of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA), Healthy Families Virginia, Medicaid, and other supervisory agencies and funders throughout region. Directs fund raising efforts for early intervention services and public relations in support of service implementation and expansion. Responsible for overseeing implementation of procedures and policies related to early intervention; recommending changes to existing policies and procedures; supervising preparation of budgets and monitoring spending; analyzing data and preparing various oral and written reports.

Minimum Training and Experience:
Minimum of Master's Degree in related field required and significant experience in program and budget management in the field of services for young children.

Special Requirements:
Must possess a valid Virginia Driver’s License, with acceptable driving record.  Must obtain a TB test with satisfactory results within 30 days of employment, and yearly thereafter as required by licensing authority.
